The Cedar Valley MTB program is run by volunteers through Ride Cedar Valley, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Leadership is organized in three layers: the Ride Cedar Valley board, the Team Council, and our coaching staff.
Ride Cedar Valley Board
The Ride Cedar Valley board provides nonprofit governance for the team program: oversight, compliance, and long-term direction for the organization that carries the Cedar Valley MTB team forward.
Board roster will be posted here as it is finalized.
Team Council
Led by volunteers, the Team Council is made up of coaches and parents who oversee key areas of the team. Each member is a point of contact for questions, feedback, and suggestions in their area.

Our coaching staff brings hundreds of hours each season to training, riding, race days, and mentoring student-athletes. They plan weekly practices, ride with the team, and show up at races and meetings. This program does not run without them.
Many other parent volunteers help manage the team behind the scenes: team kits and swag, equipment, communications, technology, finances, registration, training, fundraising, race day logistics, year-round planning, and more.
Founding coach
Thank you to founding head coach Adam Clark, who served our team and community for our first six years.
